✿ Korean Dark Green Hot Pepper Plant Guide

 Korean Dark Green Hot Pepper

LOVE this Korean hot pepper. It's been a mainstay in our garden. It's hot for sure (most heat from the seeds so make sure wear a pair of gloves when handling it), but not like the heat which will cause you to sweat and tear, you can still enjoy the spicy flavor. The awesome part of this pepper is that the red color is so pretty when you grind them into powder, which means you can make kimchi or any other cuisines very red without adding tons of peppers. The real greatness of this pepper is in its earliness to turn red in cool conditions & its enormous yields!
